The international engineering firm MWH Global has sold its analytical laboratory division – the largest water testing facility in the country – to Eurofins Scientific of Belgium. TSG managed the sale process for MWH, which closed in July, 2012.
Envirogen Technologies of Houston has acquired Bigler Associates, a water pollution control consultant based in Lakewood, New Jersey. TSG co-managed this transaction for the buyer, which closed in August, 2012.

Measurement Specialties, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of sensors and sensor-based systems, has acquired Eureka Environmental Engineering, a Texas-based manufacturer of specialty multi-parameter field water testing instruments. TSG advised Eureka on the sale, which closed in July of 2011.
